The over-riding requirement was to complete the project on time and within budget and Subi Group ensured this was achieved. The cost-plus contract did allow several design changes to be made during construction. Generally, these changes focused on improving the quality of the building and fitout. I have worked with both Pat Barron and Josh Eden on numerous projects including VNA application slab as well as Masters stores and other distribution facilities in Perth.
